Learning Should Be Focused And Fun!
No Fluff.
In 2013, I got my first taste of Corporate Training while at the Target Corporate Headquarters, when I had the opportunity to lead a new class of trainees as an SME on internal inventory ordering systems. My time with Target’s Organizational Effectiveness Team solidified my passion for developing focused learning experiences.
In 2014, I left the Target Corporate Headquarters to pursue education. Since then, I have continued to hone my skills, creating learning experiences for high-school learners and fellow co-workers. It is a joy to collaborate with others and also make learning fun!
In 2022, I became an Adjunct Lecturer at my alma-mater, Northwestern University in the Master of Science in Education Program, working with adult, graduate-level learners. In this role, I continue to keep myself appraised of current learning theories.
I love building relationships with others, exploring new technologies and pairing my knowledge of learning theories to provide effective and meaningful training and instruction.

Family
I am a wife to a wonderful husband and mom to two awesome boys.
They are the reason I pursue my passion for developing learning experiences.
